Handset maker Realme officially announced the launch of its P1 5G series in India on April 15 and now, it has unveiled the complete design and colour options of the Realme P1 series. This series will comprise the Realme P1 5G and the Realme P1 Pro 5G. The company has teased the price ranges and some key features of these upcoming handsets in the past. The phones will feature TUV-certified displays as well as proprietary Rainwater Touch feature. Additionally, both smartphones will support wired SuperVOOC charging.

The design of the Realme P1 5G series has been unveiled through the Flipkart microsite and Realme India product pages. The standard Realme P1 5G will be available in two colour options: Peacock Green and Phoenix Red. On the other hand, the Realme P1 Pro 5G will come in Parrot Blue and Phoenix Red colourways. Both models feature a glossy finish rear panel with a unique pattern.

Both models in the Realme P1 5G series will sport a large, slightly elevated circular rear camera module, reminiscent of the luxury watch-inspired design seen in the Realme 12 series. The standard Realme P1 5G will include three rear camera sensors accompanied by an LED flash unit. Additionally, it will boast a flat AMOLED display with slim bezels and a centered hole-punch slot.

On the contrary, the Realme P1 Pro 5G is equipped with dual rear camera sensors, accompanied by an LED flash unit. It also boasts a curved AMOLED display with extremely slim bezels, featuring a centered hole-punch slot for the front camera sensor. Both models in the lineup are confirmed to feature the Rainwater Touch feature, enabling users to navigate the phones even with wet hands or in rainy conditions.

Realme P1 5G has been officially confirmed to debut with an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance. It is slated to be priced below Rs 15,000 in India and will boast a 120Hz AMOLED display with a peak brightness level of 2,000 nits, along with TUV Rheinland eye-protection certification.

The device will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset and will incorporate a seven-layer VC cooling system for efficient thermal management.

Realme Vice President, Chase Xu, on the company's official social media platform earlier announced that Realme P series is designed specifically for the Indian market, reflecting Realme's commitment to meeting the unique preferences of Indian consumers. Chase emphasised the brand's remarkable milestone of achieving 100 million smartphone shipments in India in 2023.
