K12x 5G India Launch 

Oppo has confirmed that the K12x 5G will be launched in India on July 29.

It is worth noting that a Chinese version of the Oppo K12x 5G was launched earlier this year, but the Indian variant appears to have some design differences compared to its Chinese counterpart. There's speculation that the Oppo K12x 5G might be introduced in India as a rebranded version of the OnePlus Nord CE 4.

K12x 5G Specs And Features

According to company's promotional materials showcase a design that bears a striking resemblance to the OnePlus Nord CE 4, fueling speculation about a rebranding strategy by parent BBK group. The upcoming smartphone's appearance and features have been teased, giving buyers a glimpse of what to expect from this new addition to Oppo's lineup in the Indian market.

The forthcoming Oppo K12x 5G features a distinctive camera layout on its rear panel.

The device incorporates a dual-lens system housed within an elongated, pill-shaped enclosure, accompanied by a round LED flash unit. On the front, the screen is punctuated by a centrally-positioned cutout at the top, which accommodates the selfie camera. The smartphone's physical controls are arranged along its right side, with the volume adjustment keys and power button easily accessible to users.

Oppo has launched an official product page for the K12x 5G on their Indian website, revealing that the device will be available in two colour variants: Breeze Blue and Midnight Violet.

Oppo K12x 5G To Get Splash Touch Technology

The K12x 5G will feature a 6.67-inch HD+ display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Oppo claims the screen will incorporate Splash Touch technology, allowing users to operate the device even with wet hands.

According to Oppo's specifications, the K12x 5G will have a slim profile, measuring just 7.68mm in thickness, and will weigh 186 grams. The smartphone is designed with durability in mind, boasting an IP54 rating for protection against dust and water splashes. Additionally, it will feature twice-reinforced Panda Glass for enhanced screen protection and meet MIL-STD-810H standards for ruggedness.
