OnePlus 11 Concept With A Back That Lights Up Coming Soon
OnePlus has posted two images of its concept phone that has a design sitting atop with icy blue pipelines, which looks somewhat similar to what Nothing has done with the Phone (1).
Smartphone brands throw concept phones with never before seen design language, form factors and "unrealistic" features from time to time, to tell us that smartphone innovation hasn't stopped. The latest smartphone OEM that will show off its concept phone at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2023 is OnePlus. The company had first hinted at the OnePlus 11 Concept during Cloud 11 launch event.
OnePlus has posted two images of its concept phone that has a design sitting atop with icy blue pipelines, which looks somewhat similar to what Nothing has done with the Phone (1). OnePlus has apparently compared the pipelines to blood vessels.
The first teaser image of the upcoming OnePlus 11 Concept has been released on the OnePlus official community forum and it shows a device with a larger camera than the OnePlus 11 and the rear panel light up with a design featuring icy blue pipelines or blue, illuminated lines flowing across the back panel of the phone.
There seems to be a circular camera module on the OnePlus 11 Concept and there might be a periscope lens too, which means the smartphone maker, for the first time, will offer a periscope lens on its smartphone.
The smartphone maker may join the likes of Samsung and Oppo and launch a foldable smartphone soon, as per a teaser by the handset maker shown at its Cloud 11 event. OnePlus showed a teaser image during the Cloud 11 event that seemed to be a foldable device and may have a release window in the third quarter (Q3) of this year.
Meanwhile, OnePlus will not launch a OnePlus 11T or OnePlus 11 Pro this year, the company has confirmed, according to a previous report by Android Authority. The handset maker has pulled the plug on its Pro series models altogether, which means there will be no Pro models in the flagship OnePlus number series models.
