The Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G and Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G, equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC, debuted in specific global markets in March. Infinix India has now affirmed that these mid-range models will be launched in the country next week. The latest lineup features the company's proprietary Cheetah X1 power management chip and boasts a triple rear camera setup, led by a 108-megapixel primary sensor. The Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G series will be available for purchase via Flipkart in the country.

Infinix confirmed via a media invite on Thursday (April 4) that the Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G and Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G will debut in India on April 12. Both devices will be available through e-commerce platform Flipkart and various leading partnering retailers. Flipkart has created a dedicated microsite on its platform to provide a glimpse of the upcoming handsets.

As of now, there is no information regarding whether the standard Infinix Note 40 will also be introduced alongside the other two models in India.

The standout features of the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G series are its batteries and fast charging capabilities. They are powered by an X1 Cheetah chip, enhancing battery life and power management. Additionally, the lineup provides various charging modes. The Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery supporting 45W charging, while the Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G features a 4,600mAh battery with 100W charging. Moreover, both models offer 20W wireless MagCharge support.

Specifications And Features Of Infinix Note 40 Pro, Note 40 Pro+

Display: Both the Infinix Note 40 Pro+ and Note 40 Pro 5G boast a 6.78-inch FHD+ curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 2436×1080 pixels. The display supports a high 120Hz refresh rate, offers up to 1300nits peak brightness, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.

Processor: Powering both smartphones is the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 6nm processor, coupled with an IMG BXM-8-256 GPU for smooth performance.

RAM, storage: The chipset is paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, which can be expanded further up to 1TB using a microSD card.

Cameras: The smartphones come equipped with a versatile camera setup. They feature a 108MP primary camera with an aperture of f/1.75, optical image stabilisation (OIS), and an LED flash. Additionally, there's a 2MP macro sensor and a 2MP depth camera with an aperture of f/2.4. On the front, users will find a 32MP camera for capturing selfies and engaging in video calls.
