Due to poor management, AR Rahman's concert on Sunday in Chennai attracted a lot of negative attention. From groping to stampede-like situations, the fans raised several issues due to the improper event management plan.
On social media, the audience lambasted the event's planners and alleged that many of them were unable to enter the venue despite having the tickets. Some of them said that they were unable to even hear the songs performed at the concert due to a lack of speakers.
In response, AR Rahman on Monday asked followers to email a photo of their tickets along with any complaints they had at the venue.
