SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav Hits Out At BJP, Responds To Amit Shah's 'JAM' Jibe

In a video the SP Chief said that BJP has to answer for its own JAM which stands for — J for “Jhooth” (Lies), A for Ahankaar (Arrogance) and M for “Mehangai” (Inflation).

New Delhi: Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav in a response to Amit Shah has said that the Bharatiya Janata Party has to answer for their own ‘JAM’, reported ANI. During a rally in Azamgarh, Union Minister and senior BJP leader Amit Shah said, “we brought in JAM- J for Jan Dhan account, A for Aadhar Card, M for mobile phones. Now, SP is also said to have brought a JAM...which is - 'J for Jinnah, A for Azam Khan & M for Mukhtar.”

Responding to Shah’s comments, SP leader Akhilesh Yadav came up with his acronym for JAM. In a video the SP Chief said that BJP has to answer for its own JAM which stands for J for “Jhooth” (Lies), A for Ahankaar (Arrogance) and M for “Mehangai” (Inflation).

As the 2022 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections draw near, both SP and BJP have started their preparations for the same. Akhilesh Yadav is in the Kushinagar district today carrying out his Samajwadi Party Vijay Rath Yatra. During the event, Yadav said, “With district recognition, airport, roads, laptops, ambulances, we applied developmental plans, which is why the public wants SP again. I don't believe Yogi govt has taken a big decision here in 4.5 years,” reported ANI.

He further said that people need bread and butter right now but they (BJP) are talking about JAM. “This govt is full of lies & ego; their JAM will be returned to them when the time comes,” Yadav said.

Recently Amit Shah was in Lucknow where he attended a pre-poll meeting of the party. In the meeting, Shah said that BJP will emerge undefeated even if Congress, SP, and BSP come together.
