'Saw Mulayam Singh Yadav In My Dreams...': Tej Pratap Yadav On Why He Rode Bicycle To Secretariat

Tej Pratap Yadav was seen cycling to the secretariat with his bodyguard and a group of journalists

Bihar Forest and Environment Minister Tej Pratap Yadav rode a bicycle to the secretariat on Wednesday. Yadav was seen cycling to the secretariat with his bodyguard and a group of journalists, all dressed in his usual white cotton clothes and sporting his green cap.

"I dreamt of going to Vrindavan&saw Netaji (Mulayam Singh Yadav). I then went to Saifai.I told him I wanted to see him&his village. We rode bicycles...I decided to go to Secretariat on a bicycle, save environment&spread Netaji's message..," said Tej Pratap.

Meanwhile, RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav will be requested to virtually address the Grand Alliance (GA) mega rally in Purnea on February 25, said party state president Jagdanand Singh. Yadav recently returned to India following a successful kidney transplant surgery in Singapore in December.

Singh told reporters on Tuesday that the speech will boost the morale of party workers.

"Our leader and party supremo Lalu Jee has returned to India after his kidney transplant surgery. Since, he cannot join Mahagathbandhan's Purnea rally physically, we would request him to virtually address the programme or send a video message for the party workers and masses on Feb 25," the RJD leader said quoted news agency PTI..

In preparation for its Purnea rally on February 25, the seven parties that make up the ruling Grand Alliance (GA) are getting ready.

“Preparations for the rally are underway and senior leaders from all the seven parties, including Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and his deputy Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, are scheduled to take part in the programme.

"We intend to expose the BJP's real intentions. They (BJP) have been fooling people with false promises. All they have done so far is spread communal violence and help their corporate friends make money, while the poor and middle class people suffered,” Singh added.
