Paris Paralympics 2024: The Paralympic Committee of India have announced the 84-member list of Indian athletes, who are all set to travel to France to compete at the Paris Paralympics 2024. With this announcement, the 2024-Contingent list for the Paralympic Games marks the highest-ever Indian contingents at Paralympic Games.

Paris Paralympics Sees Indian Contingents Contest In Record-Breaking 12 Sports

For the first time ever, India will be contesting in 12 different sports at Paralympic Games, as the 84-member list of Indian contingents are set to emark their journey starting August 28, and the nation hopes that their paralympic athletes bring home the glory.

Amongst those 84 athletes is Sheetal Devi, who is 'India's Armless Archery Prodigy', as 140 Billion hopes rely on her to bring a gold medal back home.

Sheetal is one of the most gifted athletes India has ever seen in Paralympics sector, and the archer from Jammu and Kashmir, in such a short career, is already aiming high, as she reflects on the fact that this sport and platform changed her life, and that, she was able "to visit a lot of countries".
