Manu Bhaker named the Indian sportspersons she would 'love' to spend a day with. Her list did not include Neeraj Chopra.
Manu Bhaker has been the talk of the country lately. The 22-year-old shooting star became the first Indian in Independent India to win two Olympic medals in a single edition, winning two bronze medals in the Paris Olympics 2024. She has constantly been in the headlines ever since with felicitation ceremonies planned all across the country for her. And now in a recent media interview, she has revealed the names of cricketers, she would 'love' to spend a day with.
When it comes to international athletes, Bhaker chose sprint icon Usain Bolt. However, when she was asked about which Indian sportspersons she would like to spend her time with, she named Indian cricket legends Sachin Tendulkar, MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli.

"It would be an honor to spend even an hour with any of them," Bhaker told Cosmopolitan.
"Maybe I'll name a few of my favourites. Usain Bolt (Jamaican runner) is one of them-I've read his book so many times and I've known his journey as well as I've watched so many of his interviews too. And then, in India, cricketers Sachin Tendulkar, Dhoni sir (MS Dhoni), and Virat Kohli. It would be an honour to spend even an hour with any of them!,"she said.

Interestingly, Manu Bhaker did not name Neeraj Chopra did not name Neeraj Chopra. Following videos of the Manu and Neeraj talking to each other while Neeraj also having a conversation with her mother, social media was quick to link up the two, with several journalists too asking the shooter about the same.
However, Manu has been clear on her stance saying that she has only seen Neeraj in competitions.
