Samson Dauda: The Mr Olympia 2024 winner bagged home the biggest cash prize in the history of bodybuilding at the 60th edition of the marquee event.
Samson Dauda is the winner of Mr. Olympia 2024. The 60th edition of the marquee event took place at the Resorts World Theater in Las Vegas on Saturday (October 12) where Dauda not only received the Mr. Olympia title for the first time but even bagged the richest cash prize in the history of bodybuilding.
The result means that this will be the first time the Olympia title will be heading to the United Kingdom for the first time since 1997. The last time Mr. Olympia title went to the UK was when Dorian Yates had claimed the Sandow trophy.

How Much Did Samson Dauda Earn After Winning Mr. Olympia 2024?
While Dauda had tough competition, it was his scarcely believable size and conditioning that convinced the judges to declare the winner of the astounding sum of money along with the trophy.

Notably, Samson Dauda has received a whopping cash prize of $600,000 which is roughly over 5 crores Indian National Rupees (INR). Soon after bagging the trophy, the 32-year-old took to Instagram to share a post with a caption: "It's coming home!!! 😊."

While Samson claimed the top-prize, Hadi Choopan was the runner-up in 2023 and maintained his place this year as well. However, Derek Lunsford, who was the winners-take-all prize in the previous edition, fell to the third position.
