MI vs RPS: Rohit Sharma puts visitors to bat in Maharashtra derby

 
New Delhi: Mumbai Indians won the toss and elected to field in the second encounter against Rising Pune Supergiant in the 10th edition Indian Premier League at the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai. RPS had defeated Mumbai Indians in the first leg by 7 wickets. Mumbai Indians have one change to their side while Krunal Pandya missing out and making way for leg spinner Karn Sharma. While, RPS will take on Mumbai with same squad that defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad on Saturday. Rohit Sharma led Mumbai Indians will look to continue their winning streak, the Mumbai based franchise have won 6 games on trot since their defeat to Pune and are on top of the points table with 12 points. Rising Pune Supergiant, on the other hand,  tumbled initially but are unbeaten in last couple of games and MS Dhoni’s return to form is huge boost for skipper Steve Smith. Pune find themselves on 6th position with 6 points and a win here will strengthen their top 4 ambitions.
