Jake Paul Vs Tyron Woodley: Youtube Star Wins In Split Decision Against Former UFC Champion
Tyron Woodley asked for an immediate re-match with Jake Paul after the loss as he felt that he had won the bout!
Jake Paul Vs Tyron Woodley ended in a win for the Youtube star. Paul won the boxing match in a split decision (77-75, 75-77, 78-74). Jake Paul won hs fourth straight boxing match. He had won all his previous three bouts with a knockout, but this time, Woodley gave him a good run for his money and the match had to end in a split decision after eight rounds.
Paul was dominant in the first three rounds but then Woodley came back stronger in the next three, but in the final two rounds, the YouTube star previaled due to his more frequent striking in the cruiserweight fight. The match took place in Cleveland, USA at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse.
It was expected that Paul would win the boxing bout as Woodley has very little experience in boxing. Even though the later half of the bout was dominated by Woodley, Jake Paul was announced winner due to his constant pressure.
