During a recent BCCI Special General Meeting (SGM), Prabhtej Bhatia was elected as the new treasurer, and Satyajit Saikia was appointed as the new secretary, both unopposed. These posts became vacant following the resignations of Jay Shah and Ashish Shelar. Also, the venue for the Women's Premier League (WPL) was nearly finalized during the meeting.
