KKR Vs CSK Highlights: Gaikwad-Jadeja Heroics Help Chennai Beat Kolkata In Nail-Biting Last Over Thriller

Background

IPL 2021: Match 38 is here and we are here for the first of the two matches on this Super Sunday in the Indian Premier League. The mighty Chennai Super Kings play against Kolkata Knight Riders. If Chennai win, they almost secure a place in the playoffs, but with five matches still to be played, stakes are much higher for Kolkata in this match.

KKR Vs CSK match will start at 3:30 pm as per IST and it will be played at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.

Commentators like to call this phase of the IPL the 'Business end of the tournament'. It is only logical as four out of eight teams are at 8 points in the league table and are hopeful for a place in the playoffs.

KKR are coming after two back-to-back victories. One against RCB, while the other against Mumbai Indians. Venkatesh Iyer and Rahul Tripathi are in good form and thus, KKR would expect them to perform well. KKR look like a dominant side with prime young talent at their top order while an experienced and hard-hitting middle and lower order batting. Sunil Narine and Andre Russell provide them with good all-rounder options.
