RCB Captain Reflects On Comprehensive Win Vs KKR
Rajat Patidar (Royal Challengers Bengaluru Captain):
"Of course there was pressure but at the end it was a good day for me. If we keep winning like this, it will be good days for me. (On giving Suyash the 4th over) Well, the plan was pretty clear for me. I wanted the wicket of Andre Russell. It doesn't matter if he was expensive but I badly wanted that wicket and he got it for me. He was our top bowler and I backed him."
"(On Krunal and Suyash) I think the credit goes to both the bowlers. KKR were going really hard at one point around the 13th over but the way both of them pulled things back was simply amazing. I think it feels great when you have a player like him (Virat Kohli), who supports you a lot. We have a really nice group of leaders and it's a great opportunity for me to learn from them."
"(On that boundary over backward point against Harshit Rana) That was pre-determined shot. I wanted to go over the covers but the ball nipped back in so it automatically went over backward point."
