Ind vs SA, 2nd Test: 'Lord Shardul' Trends On Twitter After All-Rounder Gets Maiden Five-Fer

After Shardul Thakur's bowling heroics, Twitter was flooded with some hilarious memes. 'Lord Thakur' started trending on Twitter.

New Delhi: India vs South Africa 2nd Test of the three-match series is currently being played at The Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg. Before the lunch break on Day 2, Shardul Thakur's clinical bowling performance helped India make a strong comeback. The Indian all-rounder took three wickets for his team, just before Lunch.

Hosts South Africa made a great start on Day 2. At one time, South Africa's score was 88 runs for loss of one wicket. Shardul then came up with a magical spell to push the hosts on the backfoot by taking 3 wickets without giving any runs off 18 balls.

At lunch, South Africa had reached 102/4. Batting first after winning the toss, Team India have scored 202 runs in their first innings. 

Shardul continued his solid performance even after the lunch break and took another two wickets to attain his maiden five-wicket haul in Test cricket.
