ARS Vs MCI: Arsenal have blown away Manchester City at the Emirates Stadium in London, as Martin Odegaard has given the home side an all-important lead by scoring inside the first 103 seconds of the game.

Manuel Akanji was at fault in build-up to the goal, as he gave away possession cheaply to Kai Havertz, who slotted a diagonal pass to Martin Odegaard, and the Norwegian made no mistake by tapping in an easy chance to send the fans inside the stadium berserk.

Arsenal defender Gabriel has not forgotten what Erling Haaland did last time, and the Brazilian made sure he makes the Norwegian pay for it by celebrating the opener right in his face.

Erling Haaland and Gabriel indulged in an ugly tussle the last time these two sides met, as Manchester City scored a last-second equaliser via John Stones back in September 2024, to end the match at 2-2, at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester.

Arsenal Lead Manchester City 1-0 At Half-Time

Arsenal have taken an all-important lead into the half-time, as some franctic exchanges of play took place in the first 45 minutes. However, there was one moment that left the whole arena stunned, and that was Kai Havertz's horrific miss, which came in the 26th minute.

The German attacked failed to even hit the target inside the box, as Manchester City survived a huge scare.
