Quick and Easy Easy Egg Roll Recipe
This easy egg roll recipe features a crispy wrap filled with a flavourful mix of eggs, veggies, and seasonings. Perfect as a snack or appetiser, these rolls are quick to make and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
- 4 Piece Eggs
- 4 Piece Tortilla or Thin Roti
- 1 Piece Green Chilli (finely chopped)
- 1 Piece Capsicum (finely chopped)
- 1 Piece Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Piece Carrot (grated)
- 0.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 0.5 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 0.5 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Oil or Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 2 Tablespoon Mayonnaise or Green Chutney
Cooking Instructions
Take a bowl and whisk eggs, salt, black pepper, and red chilli powder together.
Add in onion, capsicum, carrot, green chilli, and coriander. Mix everything well.
Take a non-stick pan and pour little oil in it. Pour egg mixture on it and spread.
Cook it for a while till the egg is half set. Once done, add the roti over it while the egg is slightly wet. Let it cook for another minute and then flip.
Once it has cooked properly, spread mayonnaise or green chutney on it and roll it tightly.
Slice the roll in half and serve hot.
