Quick and Easy Easy Egg Roll Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 Piece Eggs
  • 4 Piece Tortilla or Thin Roti
  • 1 Piece Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 Piece Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1 Piece Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Piece Carrot (grated)
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil or Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 2 Tablespoon Mayonnaise or Green Chutney

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Take a bowl and whisk eggs, salt, black pepper, and red chilli powder together.

Step 2

Add in onion, capsicum, carrot, green chilli, and coriander. Mix everything well.

Step 3

Take a non-stick pan and pour little oil in it. Pour egg mixture on it and spread.

Step 4

Cook it for a while till the egg is half set. Once done, add the roti over it while the egg is slightly wet. Let it cook for another minute and then flip.

Step 5

Once it has cooked properly, spread mayonnaise or green chutney on it and roll it tightly.

Step 6

Slice the roll in half and serve hot.
