T20 World Cup: We Talk About Life, What Car He Is Buying: Rohit Sharma on conversation with Babar Azam

The Men in Blue skipper Rohit Sharma talked to the press ahead of the T20 World Cup and he disclosed the conversation he had with Babar Azam. The Indian captain said, “We all talk about our families and all. We talk about life, what new car did you buy. That’s all we talk about.”
Rohit also spoke about injured Jasprit Bumrah and stated, “The World Cup is important, but his career is more important. He is 27-28, we can’t take risks. He has a lot of cricket left in him”. The Indian team management declared Mohammed Shami as Jasprit Bumrah’s replacement. When asked about Shami, Rohit said, “He (Shami) will practice with the team. Shami is very positive, and his recovery has been good. He has done 3-4 bowling sessions. Everything is going with Shami.”
Pakistan skipper Babar Azam on other hand stated, “Ye (Rohit) bade hai mujhse, main koshish karta hu inse experience lu kyuki inhone itna serve kia hua hai toh jitni zyada sikhi jay wo accha hai hamare lie. (Rohit Sharma is older than me. I try to take as much experience as possible from him as he has been playing for a long time.”
The Pakistan skipper assured that star speedster Shaheen Shah Afridi and Fakhar Zaman are fit to play in the T20 World Cup. The deadly speedster was the Man Of The Match against India in the 2021 World Cup in UAE.
India and Pakistan will lock horns at MCG on October 23.
