Women's T20 World Cup 2024 Team Of The Tournament: International Cricket Council (ICC) have officially announced the Women's T20 World Cup 2024 Team Of The Tournament, as finalists South Africa Women and New Zealand Women show their dominantion with 3 representatives-each.

The mega event, which was pre-scheduled to take place in Bangladesh, was shifted to United Arab Emirates during the need of the hour, and the 20-day carnival produced a series of records in what was a memorable tournament for the dark horses and especially, the bowlers.

For the first time in the history of the Women's T20 World Cups, neither of Australia or England managed to make into the final of the tournament and for the Asian fans, it was a forgettable tournament, as the biggest hope of the continent — India Women, failed to even qualify for the semi finals.

However, this tournament will be forever remembered for heroics of New Zealand Women, who came into this tournament on a 10-match losing streak, and ended up going all the way to win their first-ever ICC trophy in Women's Cricket.

With the historic feat, this now also marks the nation's first-ever World Cup trophy in both Men's and Women's cricket.
