This Meme Museum recently featured a famous man who became a household topic after the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup. Identified as Muhammad Sarim Akhtar, this Pakistani person was captured by the television cameras during Australia vs Pakistan cricket world cup match in 2019. His furious reaction was to a dropped catch by a Pakistan fielder during the match.
The museum mentions Akhtar as a 'Disappointed Fan'. He is among the few to get a place in the meme museum in Hongkong. It is an exhibition of memes in collaboration with 9GAG and K11 Art Mall. The man - also known as - the 'meme-guy' had become so famous that some Pakistani fans had walked into the stadium during a 2019 Cricket World Cup Match. “A group of Pakistan fans have come to today’s game wearing @msarimakhtar (A.K.A the ‘Meme Guy’) T-shirts,” tweeted Cricket World Cup.
