Rahane was seen enjoying a vada pav on the side of a street and he made sure to share this rare moment on social media.

India's Test vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane who currently is serving some time off from the international cricket circuit is definitely on course to quench his gastronomical delights by indulging in some of his favourite delicacies, including the famous vada pav. International cricketers are on a very strict diet plan to maintain their desired fitness levels, but time off the field gets them to enjoy some of their favourite food  and India's test vice-captain was seen doing the same. Rahane was seen enjoying a vada pav on the side of a street and he made sure to share this rare moment on social media. The Mumbai cricketer posted a picture while having a vada pav and then he asked his followers how they prefer to have the popular snack. "How do you like your vada pav? 1. Vada pav with chai 2. Vada pav with chutney 3. Just Vada pav," Rahane asked his followers. Former India captain Sachin Tendulkar, who is known to be a foodie, was one of the first ones to reply on Rahane's post. "I like my Vada Pav with red chutney, very little green chutney & some imli chutney to make the combination even better," Tendulkar wrote. Tendulkar had earlier revealed that he relishes a spicy 'vada-pav'. "I and my son (Arjun) love to eat vada-pav at Shivaji Park Gymkhana and there is nothing that can beat this snack, laced with 'chutney'," he had said in an interview to a Marathi news channel way back in 2011.
