Hardik Pandya, Natasa Stankovic Announce Separation After 4 Years Of Marriage

Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic released a joint statement on Instagram, confirming their separation.

Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic released a joint statement on Instagram, confirming their separation after four years of marriage. The announcement comes just hours after Natasa reportedly left Mumbai with their son Agastya.

In their official statement, Hardik and Natasa stated that Agastya will continue to be at the center of both their lives, and they will co-parent their 3-year-old son.

The statement from Hardik and Natasan read: "After 4 years of being together, Hardik and I have decided to mutually part ways. We tried our best together and gave it our all, and we believe this is in the best interest for the both of us. This was a tough decision for us to make, given the joy, mutual respect and companionship we enjoyed together and as we grew a family".

It further stated, "We are blessed with Agastya, who will continue to be at the centre of both our lives and we will co-parent to ensure that we give him everything that we can for his happiness. We sincerely request your support and understanding to give us privacy during this difficult and sensitive time".

Hardik and Natasa tied the knot in 2020, and their son Agastya was born in the same year.

On Thursday (July 18), Natasa took to Instagram to post a picture from her house's balcony, captioning it "Home Sweet Home." According to several media reports, the model-actress has moved to her hometown, Serbia, with her son.

On the work front, Hardik Pandya has been picked in India squad for IND vs SL T20I series. Suryakumar Yadav has been chosen over Pandya for the captain's role, with Shubman Gill named as the vice-captain.

Not selecting Pandya as Suryakumar's deputy can be seen as a strategic move by the BCCI selectors. Suryakumar will always face the threat of losing T20 captaincy to Pandya if he doesn't perform well, so appointing the MI skipper as his deputy wouldn't make sense.
