How To Strengthen Sun And Saturn On Kumbh Sankranti:
- Wake up during Brahma Muhurat and take a holy dip in the Ganges.
- Offer Arghya to the Sun by mixing Ganga Jal (holy water) and sesame seeds in water. Light a lamp in the temple.
- Perform Tarpan (ancestral offerings) using black sesame seeds and Kusha grass in water.
- Feed black cows and stray dogs to seek Shani Dev’s blessings.
- Recite the 108 names of Surya Dev and read Surya Chalisa.
