The second day of the Chhath Mahaparv is called Kharna, which falls on November 6, 2024. On this day, women observing the fast refrain from eating or drinking water. In the evening, they prepare a sweet dish made of jaggery and rice, which is then offered to the deities and shared as prasad among everyone present.

What Is Done During Sandhya Arghya?

The third day of the Chhath Mahaparv is dedicated to Sandhya Arghya, occurring on November 7. This day holds great significance, as women observing the fast offer arghya to the setting sun at a water body during sunset.

What Is Done During Usha Arghya And Puran?
