Ingredients

  • 4 Piece Potato (medium, peeled, grated)
  • 1 Piece Onion (small, grated)
  • 4 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Piece Egg
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Pinch Paprika Powder
  • 3 Tablespoon Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Grate the potatoes and squeeze out the excess moisture by placing them on a kitchen towel.

Step 2

Take a large bowl and mix the grated potatoes, grated onions, flour, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika powder all together. Mix well until they are properly combined.

Step 3

Heat little oil in a non stick pan. Scoop a portion of the mixture and add it into the pan, shaping it into a flat pancake.

Step 4

Fry it for about 3-4 minutes on each side and let it turn golden brown and crisy.

Step 5

Once done, remove the pancake from the pan and place it on a paper towel to remove the extra oil.

Step 6

Serve it hot along with your favourite sauce or dip.
