  • 100 Gram Date Palm Jaggery
  • 2 Tablespoon Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Take the fresh chhena and crumble it. Then, knead it until smooth.

Step 2

Melt the nolen gur over low heat and strain to remove all the impurities if any.

Step 3

Mix the melted jaggery with kneaded chhena and cook on low flame. Keep on stirring continuously.

Add mix to adjust the consistency.
