- 1 Piece Broccoli (florets)
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil or Butter
- 1 Piece Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Piece Garlic Clove (minced)
- 3 Cup Vegetable Broth
- 0.5 Cup Milk or Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh Parsley

Take a large pot heat olive oil or butter in it. Add chopped onion, garlic, and saute for about 3-4 minutes.
Add in the broccoli florets and stir well. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to simmer. Cook it for 10-15 minutes and wait for it to become tender.
Let it cool down and use a blender to puree the soup until smooth. If the soup is too thick add in milk or cream to reach your desired consistency.
