- 300 Gram Boneless Chicken
- 0.5 Cup Gram Flour
- 4 Tablespoon Rice Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 0.5 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 0.5 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Piece Green Chilli (finely chopped)
- Curry Leaves
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
Cooking Instructions
Take a medium bowl add bite sized chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, salt, and lemon juice.
Mix everything well and let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
After marination, add gram flour, rice flour, chopped green chilli, and curry leaves to the marinated chicken.
Mix everything well and add little water to coat the chicken evenly. Make sure that the batter is thick.
Take a deep pan and heat oil in it. Once the oil is hot, place the coated chicken pieces in it in batches.
Fry them until they are golden brown, crispy, and cooked properly.
Once done, remove them from heat and place on paper towel so that the excess oil can absorb properly.
