The Fort Left to Tell the Tale: Shaniwar Wada | Ghosted | Ep-9

Episode Description

The mighty country of India proudly acknowledges the Peshwas for their valor. But the Shaniwar Wada in Pune surely doesn't. Today's discussion is on the fort built by Peshwa Bajirao I to share as home with his wife but eventually the gruesome murder of 10th Peshwa, Narayan Rao at the hands of his own spiteful uncle Raghunathrao brought terror to the place. The fort may have been lying in a good condition now so much so that it attracts tourists and was featured in movies as well yet the walls hide the pain it has been through. To know the how and why of the story and details of the fort, tune into today's episode of Ghosted with Vaishnavi Rastogi only on ABP Live Podcasts.
