Telangana Congress leaders met Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar to seek government intervention to resolve farmer issues.

Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee President A Revanth Reddy along with other TPCC leaders met Telangana Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar on Monday to seek government intervention to resolve farmer issues in Telangana.

TPCC President Revanth Reddy, MLAs Jaggareddy, Seethakka, Working President Anjan Kumar Yadav, Kisan Congress National Vice President Kodanda Reddy, Former Ministers Nagam, Chinna Reddy, Shabbir Ali, Prasad Kumar and other leaders were present at the meeting.

Revanth Reddy stated that thousands of farmers are experiencing difficulties with paddy procurement, the Dharani portal, and 'podu' land issues in Telangana.

The Telangana Congress leaders asked the CS to give titles to the deserving ones for the assigned lands and implement government schemes for the tenant farmers.
