Later in the day, Amit Shah also held a meeting with a women's delegation in Manipur on Tuesday. Shah also had breakfast with a group of women leaders during the meeting, as part of his initiative to bring lasting peace in the violence-hit state. (Source: PTI)

Shah was seen interacting with the women's delegation after the meeting was held in Manipur on Tuesday. Earlier, in a Tweet, he said, "Held a meeting with a group of women leaders (Meira Paibi) in Manipur. Reiterated the significance of the role of women in the society of Manipur. The Home Minister’s meeting with delegations of civil society organisations was part of his outreach programs in the state. After meeting the civil society members, Shah tweeted and said, “Had a fruitful discussion with the members of the different Civil Society Organizations today in Imphal.
