The decor included custom illustrated blocks of Taapsee and Mathias, Turkish carpets, painted shuttlecocks, potted flowers and more.

Taapsee and Mathias' wedding was a private affair with very close friends and family being part of their big day.

In a conversation with Hindustan Times, Taapsee said, " “I’m not sure if I want to open my personal life to the kind of scrutiny that happens. I’ve signed up for this, not my partner or the people who were at the wedding. That’s why I’ve kept it to myself."
