Fashion shows are known for springing surprises to draw the attention of the crowd. However, Diesel took it to a different level by using a mountain of condoms as backdrop for the Milan Fashion Week. Models walked around a giant mountain of two lakh condom boxes during a runway show on Wednesday.
Designed by Krzysztof J Lukasik, the setup was aimed at promoting safe sex and the company's upcoming partnership with Durex.
"A very big D. The #DieselFW23 runway show set revealed a mountain of 200,000 condom boxes as part of a partnership with @durex. In the Diesel and Durex spirit of individual freedom, pleasure and sex positivity, 300,000 Durex condoms will be given away for free at Diesel stores around the world in April," Diesel said on Instagram.

"There are the four pillars of Diesel – denim, utility, pop and artisanal – and we push the experimentation with each of them," he added.
Ultra-low-rise jeans, denim outfits with sheer meshed lace, ripped satin dresses strung by slinky chains, puffer coats with giant prints, oversized denim shorts with knee-high boots, and faded denim-on-denim were worn by the models who walked around the condom avalanche.
