Guwahati: Manipur’s first water amusement park is set to be inaugurated on March 13 this year. Construction of the park, spearheaded by the Manipur Police Housing Corporation Limited, is in its final stages, with the state government planning to dedicate it to the public next Wednesday.
The water amusement park, situated about 12 kilometers from the state’s capital Imphal, is poised to offer a diverse range of recreational opportunities. It will also offer a vibrant atmosphere and a refreshing change for the people of the state, allowing them to unwind and enjoy a few hours of recreation, as per a press release.

After visiting the park, Chief Minister Singh wrote on X, “Inspected the water amusement park located in Awang Potsangbam Khunou, Imphal East. This park will enhance recreational opportunities in the region.
