NEW DELHI: The Election Commission of Pakistan early on Friday announced 95 per cent of the provisional results for the National and four provincial assemblies where PTI has emerged as the single largest party. The result shows some stunning upset results for many influential political parties. They politicians, which include Shahbaz Sharif and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, are now likely to come together and cry foul over the way the votes were counted and announced after long delays. Imran Khan's party emerged as the single largest in Pakistan's parliamentary polls bagging 114 of the 270 seats on which elections were held, but fell short of a majority and will need the support of smaller parties or independents to form the government.
