Constitution Greater Than Any President: Elon Musk On Trump's 'Twitter Files' Reaction

Twitter chief Elon Musk responded to a news report on former US President Donald Trump’s comment saying the US Constitution was greater than any President

Twitter chief Elon Musk on Monday responded to a report on former US President Donald Trump’s comment saying the US Constitution was greater than any President. The billionaire's tweet was in response to a report by FoxNews. Responding to the release of the ‘Twitter Files’, Trump had argued the files showed evidence of "fraud and deception" in the 2020 election and that eliminating parts of the constitution would address it.

"So, with the revelation of MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION in working closely with Big Tech Companies, the DNC, & the Democrat Party, do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION?" Trump wrote on his social media platform Truth, according to Foxnews.

The White House, as well as some of the Republicans, criticised Trump’s demand to overhaul the Constitution and other traditional procedures to right what he still maintains was the egregious wrong of certifying the election for Joe Biden.

“The American Constitution is a sacrosanct document that for over 200 years has guaranteed that freedom and the rule of law prevail in our great country. The Constitution brings the American people together — regardless of party — and elected leaders swear to uphold it,” White House deputy press secretary Andrew Bates said in a statement obtained by the Hill.

Twitter Files: Part One

Earlier, Musk released the ‘Twitter Files: Part One’ revealing how the reports on Hunter Biden-Laptop were censored by the social media platform during the last week of the 2020 US Presidential elections.

Journalist and author Matt Taibbi explained the entire findings in a series of tweets last week. The tweets reveal how desperately the microblogging platform tried to censor the reports while it received censorship requests from Democrats and Republicans both.

It is alleged that Hunter Biden used his father, Joe Biden’s influence, when the latter was the Vice President of the USA, for escaping action against him. Hunter Biden sought huge sums of money for lobbying purposes which have been linked to Libya and China, reported Outlook.

The New York Post investigation of an abandoned laptop allegedly given for repair by Hunter Biden showed that he introduced his father, Joe Biden, to a top executive at a Ukrainian energy firm less than a year before the Biden senior pressured government officials in Ukraine into firing a prosecutor who was investigating the company.
