In the heartwarming video, which was shared a day ago, Sunak was just recalling his meeting with the president.

In the viral video, Sunak was heard saying, "My mum had got some Indian sweets that she wanted to give me that she'd made, called barfi. I saw President Zelensky on the Monday after that and he and I were chatting and he was hungry. So I actually gave him some of my mum's barfi which she was very happy to see. She was thrilled by that."

The video garnered positive reactions from multiple Instagram users. A user said, "Oh boy, no matter who you are PM or ordinary man, you don't go without your mom's homemade Barfi. It's mother's love."

Another user said, "This is the cutest, we can all relate to mum's barfi." A different user commented, "Indian parents are not less than God. Blessed by Indian culture."

President Zelenskyy recently visited Britain as part of his European tour, focusing on securing new weapons for a counteroffensive against Russia. This marked his second trip to the UK since Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.

During his visit, Zelenskyy expressed gratitude, stating, "We're thankful from all our hearts, from Ukrainians, from our soldiers. We are thankful. And this is a privilege to be here," in reference to the support received from the UK.

In response, Prime Minister Sunak  said that Britain would provide Ukraine with hundreds of air defence missiles and further unmanned aerial systems. These will also include new long-range attack drones with a range of more than 200 km, to be delivered "over the coming months".

Sunak further said, as quoted by NDTV, “This is a crucial moment in Ukraine's resistance to a terrible war of aggression they did not choose or provoke. They need the sustained support of the international community to defend against the barrage of unrelenting and indiscriminate attacks that have been their daily reality for over a year.”
