Last year, CUET-UG 2024 was conducted in a hybrid mode (both CBT and pen-and-paper) across 379 cities, including 26 international locations. Around 13.48 lakh candidates appeared for the test on May 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, and 24, while 1.58 lakh candidates appeared for seven test papers on May 29. Additionally, a retest was conducted for nearly 1,000 students on July 19.

The 2024 examination cycle was marred by controversies, with NTA facing legal battles over alleged irregularities. A video had gone viral, purportedly showing empty boxes of students’ answer sheets left outside an exam hall, though NTA denied these allegations.

Meanwhile, NTA has also released the application forms for the Common University Entrance Test-Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2025. Candidates seeking admission to PG programmes in Central and participating universities can apply at exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-PG/. The registration window, which opened on January 2, will close on February 1, 2025.

For further details, candidates are advised to visit the official CUET-UG website.
