The lone eyewitness in the Vivek Tiwari murder case, Sana Khan said the cop who shot Tiwari dead was already in an "aggressive mood" and fired without getting provoked from their side.

LUCKNOW: The lone eyewitness in the Vivek Tiwari murder case, Sana Khan said the cop who shot Tiwari dead was already in an "aggressive mood" and fired without getting provoked from their side. Tiwari was shot on Saturday in Lucknow by constables Prashant Chowdhury and Sandeep Kumar when he was returning from a function of his company. He was with a colleague Sana Khan, who alleged that the policemen on mobike waylaid them and then when they did not stop, shot him at point-blank range. "The condition was as such that any responsible person, travelling with his wife, mother, sister or friend, would not have stopped the car. Concerned about safety, he (Vivek Tiwari) did the same," Sana told ABP News. "The constable parked his bike in front of the car. When Tiwari tried to manoeuvre the vehicle from the side space, the cop shot him," she said. The incident happened around 1.30 am, when Tiwari was heading home after the launch of iPhone XS and XS Max along with Khan. The autopsy report of Tiwari had also confirmed the death was caused by gunshot injuries. The two constables were arrested and dismissed from the job and an FIR was registered in the matter on the basis of a complaint by Sana Khan. Watch the full interview of Sana Khan below
