Shah Rukh Khan shares self written poem for Indian soldiers

New Delhi: To pay an ode to the Indian soldier, actor Shah Rukh Khan on Monday, chose a very unique way of wishing Diwali to the countrymen and especially to the families of the soldiers and shared a very special and Diwali message and a patriotic poem. The poem reads:  “Our feet uncarpets, their boots unwrapped; Our nights blissful, their’s stressful, It’s our life to live, because it’s their’s to give The heroes should not remain unsung, because we can’t imagine their plight; Our country goes stronger and boulder because their’s is the fight; The fight of a soldier” With the ongoing unrest at the Line of Control and wrath in the hearts and minds of every Indian after losing our soldiers due to the Pakistan firing at the border; the poem has been written at an apt time and right spirit. ManyBollywood celebrities like Akshay Kumar and Aamir Khan have reflected their patriotism in the past via recording video messages. Shah Rukh’s poem has certainly won our hearts!
