Role of neighbouring states, their contribution only 20% in Delhi smog: Environment Min Anil Madhav
New Delhi: The Environment Minister of India Anil Madhav Dave has on Sunday commented on Delhi smog and said-"Role of neighbouring states, their contribution is only 20%" in Delhi air pollution.
