PM Modi Pays A Visit To Radha Soami Satsang Beas In Punjab's Amritsar, Meets Dera Head — WATCH
PM Modi visits the Radha Soami Satsang at Beas (RSSB) and met sect head Baba Gurinder Singh Dhillon.
New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday, visited the spiritual organisation, Radha Soami Satsang at Beas (RSSB) in Amritsar. He met sect head Baba Gurinder Singh Dhillon. In a video shared by ANI, Modi can be seen at the Dera community kitchen where women followers were making chapatis and chopping vegetables.

PM Modi spent about an hour at the Radha Soami Satsang Beas (RSSB), Dera officials told PTI. Ahead of his travels, Modi said in a tweet, "Under the leadership of Baba Gurinder Singh Dhillon Ji, the RSSB is at the forefront of numerous community service efforts."

The Prime Minister met Dhillon earlier in February also. He had praised the spiritual organisation of its social service.

The Radha Soami Satsang, also known as Dera Baba Jaimal Singh was founded in 1891 by Jaimal Singh. It is located in Beas town, nearly 45 km away from Amritsar city. It has followers across the country, especially in Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh.
PM Modi is also scheduled to address public meetings later today at Sundernagar and Solan in Himachal Pradesh in the run-up to the Assembly polls on November 12. "I look forward to being in Himachal Pradesh tomorrow, 5th November. I would be addressing rallies in Sundar Nagar and Solan. @BJP4Himachal is going to the people with the proven track record of development and highlighting the pro-people efforts of the double engine governments," PM Modi tweeted on Friday.
