Elections 2022 | 'ED Will Soon Come To Us, Won't Cry Like Channi': Kejriwal's Jibe On Recent Raids

“Our sources have apprised us that in the coming days ED will arrest  Satyendar Jain. Raids by the Centre have been done twice against him but in vain. They are welcome this time too,” said Kejriwal.

New Delhi: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has said that he has information that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) will soon arrest Delhi’s Health Minister Satyendra Jain ahead of Punjab elections. Kejriwal further added that there have been two raids by the central agencies but they were in vain, and the next one will also be in vain.

“Our sources have apprised us that in the coming days ED will arrest  Satyendar Jain. Raids by the Centre have been done twice against him but in vain. They are welcome this time too,” said Kejriwal.

Kejriwal was speaking at a press conference where he accused the BJP of using central agencies if they see themselves losing elections anywhere. Kejriwal also challenged the center saying that if they want they can send other agencies also including CBI, I-T, and even Delhi police.

He also said that “they can arrest anyone they want, as we are not afraid of going to jail or any raids.” He added that there have been raids on 21 of AAP’s MLA but all the cases were cleared from the court.

He also challenged the center to send all the agencies and raid all of their houses including Delhi’s Deputy CM Manish Sisodia and AAP’s CM face for Punjab Bhagwant Maan; they “will welcome all the agencies with a smile.”

Kejriwal, who is contesting Punjab elections with his party this time, further attacked Punjab CM Charanjit Singh Channi as well saying, “We will not cry like Channi ji. He is crying as he is guilty, he has done wrong. We have not done anything wrong, so we are not afraid of any raids.”

He also said that the people of Punjab were in shock after seeing the amount of money being counted by the ED thinking what Channi did in 111 days of his government.”
