At the conference held on Friday, Rahul Gandhi launched a ferocious attack on the Modi government. He said that the manner in which the Centre has unleashed central agencies against opposition demonstrates India is witnessing the "onset of dictatorship".
Referring to PM Modi as "Hitler" Rahul Gandhi said: "Hitler had also won elections, he too used to win elections. How did he use to do it? He had control of all of Germany's institutions...Give me the entire system, and then I will show you how elections are won."

The Delhi Police has refused the Congress permission to stage the rally in the national capital, citing prohibitory orders in the New Delhi region.
