BSP Issues Whip To 6 MLAs To Vote Against Ashok Gehlot Led-Congress In "No Confidence Motion"
BSP has directed the MLAs to vote against Congress in any "No Confidence Motion" or any proceedings to be held during Rajasthan Assembly Session.
The Bahujan Samaj Party on Sunday issued a Whip to its six MLAs who are elected to Rajasthan Assembly, directing them to vote against Congress in any "No Confidence Motion" or any proceedings to be held during Rajasthan Assembly Session. Any violation will lead to their disqualification.

As per the notice issued by BSP National general Secretary Satish Chandra Mishra, the 'Whip' issued to the six MLA includes - R Gudha, Lakhan Singh, Deep Chand, JS Awana, Sandeep Kumar and Wajib Ali.
The press note mentioned that all the six MLAs have been issued a separate notice wherein they have been informed that since BSP is a recognised national party as such there can not be any merger at the state level at the instance of six MLAs unless there is a merger of the entire BSP everywhere at the national level which admittedly as not been done in the present case.
"Therefore, they can not claim any merger under any illegal and unconstitutional order of Speaker as well as against several judgement of Supreme Court in the case of Rajendra Singh Rana of 2007," the releases added.

She accused Gehlot of attempting illegal and unconstitutional act by tapping phones.
