PM Modi To Inaugurate Shrimad Rajchandra Mission's Projects
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate and lay foundation stones of various projects of Shrimad Rajchandra Mission at Dharampur in Gujarat's Valsad district on Thursday. The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) gave this information in a statement on Wednesday.
The PMO informed that the Prime Minister will inaugurate the Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital in Dharampur through video conference at 4:30 pm, the project cost of which is about Rs 200 crore.
According to the PMO, it is a 250 bedded multispecialty hospital with state-of-the-art medical infrastructure, which will provide world class medical facilities especially to the people of South Gujarat region.
After this, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of Shrimad Rajchandra Veterinary Hospital.
Congress' Kuldeep Bishnoi Set To Join BJP
The ongoing suspense regarding Congress MLA Kuldeep Bishnoi in Haryana politics is over. He himself has announced to join the Bharatiya Janata Party. Bishnoi will join BJP on Thursday morning. He has given this information through his tweet.
"I am joining BJP as an ordinary worker and I hope that all my supporters, be they from Haryana, Rajasthan or parts of Punjab, will be given full respect," said Mr Bishnoi, who also quit the Congress formally "taking into account his own feelings and those of supporters".
Haryana MLA Kuldeep Bishnoi, who was expelled by the Congress from all party positions for cross-voting in the June Rajya Sabha polls, resigned from the state Assembly on Wednesday, a day before he joins the ruling BJP.
The 53-year-old Mr Bishnoi submitted his resignation to Speaker Gian Chand Gupta in Chandigarh, who has accepted it. This necessitates a bypoll for the Adampur seat in Hisar district, which Mr Bishnoi currently represents.

SP Leader Azam Khan Admitted To Hospital With Pneumonia
Senior Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan was admitted to an ICU of a private hospital in Lucknow as he was found suffering from pneumonia. The leader had complained of breathlessness, after which he was examined by doctors, who found him suffering from infection. Khan (74) was admitted to Medanta Hospital on Wednesday night.
"He is in the intensive care unit (ICU) and has been kept under observation of a critical care team. His condition is stable and under control," Dr Dileep Dubey said. Khan is currently an MLA from Uttar Pradesh’s Rampur.
Laser-Guided Anti-Tank Missiles Successfully Test-Fired, Rajnath Singh Compliments DRDO
Indigenously developed Laser-Guided Anti-Tank Guided Missiles (ATGM) were successfully test-fired from Main Battle Tank (MBT) Arjun by DRDO and Indian Army at KK Ranges with support of Armoured Corps Centre & School (ACC&S) Ahmednagar on 4 August
The missiles hit with precision and successfully defeated the targets at two different ranges. The all-indigenous Laser Guided ATGM employs a tandem High Explosive Anti-Tank (HEAT) warhead to defeat Explosive Reactive Armour (ERA) protected armoured vehicles.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has complimented DRDO and Indian Army for the successful performance of the Laser Guided ATGMs. Secretary, Department of Defence R&D and Chairman DRDO Dr G Satheesh Reddy congratulated the teams associated with the test firing of Laser Guided ATGMs.
