The Pran Pratishtha ceremony was performed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday following which the idol of Ram Lalla was unveiled. To make this occasion even more special, the Indian Air Force choppers showered flower petals over Shri Ram Janmaboomi Temple premises in Ayodhya. The moment resembled what was told in our Puranas regarding the birth of Lord Ram. It is said that Devtas showered petals when Ram Lalla was born. The air in the Mandir premises was filled with chants of 'Jai Sri Ram'.
News agency ANI shared the visuals of the choppers showering petals on the premises of the Ram Mandir.

PM Modi Performs 'Pran Pratishtha' Rituals

The Prime Minister then unveiled the Ram Lalla idol at the Shri Ram Janmaboomi Temple in Ayodhya.

The highly anticipated inauguration of the Ram Mandir took place in a grand ceremony, marking a historic moment for the nation.
Later in the day, PM Modi will address a gathering of over 7,000 people, including seers and prominent personalities.
