Shortly after, the troops noticed a suspicious motorcycle heading from Wan and attempted to stop it. However, the rider evaded the BSF troops and fled towards Mari Kamboke village. A pursuit ensued, and the bike was eventually abandoned in the village.
Following a thorough search, security forces discovered a packet wrapped in yellow adhesive tape. The packet contained approximately 2.50 kilograms of heroin. It is suspected that the motorcycle rider was transporting the packet after the drone dropped it off.
