PM Modi To Launch Portal For Credit-Linked Government Schemes
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release a special series of coins of Re 1, Rs 2, Rs 5, Rs 10, and Rs 20 while inaugurating the prestigious week-end celebrations of the Ministry of Finance and Corporate Affairs. These special series coins will be easily recognisable by visually impaired persons.
The PM will inaugurate the prestigious week celebrations of the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Corporate Affairs at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi at around 10.30 am on June 6, 2022, the PMO said in a statement.
Dal Khalsa Calls For Bandh On Operation Blue Star Anniversary
There is an atmosphere of tension in the Amritsar district of Punjab. Today is the anniversary of Operation Blue Star and on Sunday, Dal Khalsa has announced to take out Azadi March. After the violent incident in Patiala, there is a possibility of a clash between Sikh-Hindu organisations and Shiv Sena in Amritsar. Police have been asked to be on high alert for Saturday-Monday.
The police force has been deployed in every corner of Amritsar city since Friday evening. Amritsar bandh has been announced on 6th June, due to which the entire city has been converted into a cantonment. Apart from the police, paramilitary forces are also deployed. The police have put up blockades on every road leading to the Golden Temple and vehicles of any kind are prohibited from going towards the Golden Temple. Only the vehicles of the officials of Shiromani Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee are allowed to go towards the Golden Temple. Apart from this, every visitor is being checked.
Arvind Kejriwal To Visit Gujarat
Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal will visit Gujarat on June 6 where he will address a rally in Mehsana. Kejriwal will reach Ahmedabad airport at around 3.30 pm and is scheduled to join the party's Tiranga Yatra.
This is Kejriwal's fourth visit to Gujarat in the last three months, where assembly elections are due in December. The AAP leader is likely to hold a roadshow in Mehsana and address a rally. Mehsana is considered to be the stronghold of Patidars.

Breaking News LIVE: Delayed Services On DMRC's Blue Line Between Dwarka Sec 21 And Noida Electronic City/Vaishali
Blue Line connects Dwarka Sector-21 in Delhi and Noida Electronic City, along with a branch line to Vaishali.
"Blue Line Update Delay in Services between Dwarka Sector 21 and Noida Electronic City/Vaishali. Normal service on all other lines," the DMRC tweeted.
The entire Blue Line has been impacted due to a snag in the OHE (overhead equipment) at Yamuna Bank station. Trains are being run at a slower speed than usual, an official source said.
